Shipping and Delivery Details
About Shipping Costs: The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout along with the total price of your selected products. Please note that free shipping does not apply to addresses in remote and extended remote areas, as defined by our carriers.
Order Processing and Shipping: Your order will be processed, packaged, and shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey, and delivered to your location via USPS.
USPS Delivery Options:
- UPS Ground: We guarantee that your package will be delivered within 1-5 business days after leaving our warehouse, and tracking information will be provided with each shipment. In some states, a signature from an adult is required upon delivery, and we do not offer delivery services to P.O. boxes.
- USPS SurePost: Packages shipped using this service are expected to arrive within 4-8 business days after being shipped, and all packages can be tracked online with a tracking number.
- USPS 2nd Day Air: This shipping method has an estimated delivery time of 2 business days after the package leaves our warehouse. You will receive a tracking number to track your package. In some states, a signature from an adult is required upon delivery, and P.O. boxes are not accepted for this type of delivery.
States with Additional Shipping Charges and Adult Signature Required: The following states require additional shipping charges and a USPS adult signature upon delivery:

Order Shipping Time: Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. Our goal is to ship orders within 48 hours of receiving payment. However, delays may occur if we are waiting for products to be restocked or if customers need to update their order information.
Notification of Shipment: Once your goods leave our warehouse, you will receive a separate email from UPS with your tracking number and information on where you can track your package.

Incorrect Delivery Address: Please be very careful when providing a delivery address for your order—double-check the information before completing your order! This is because we cannot guarantee that the goods will be delivered if the address provided at the time of shipment is incorrect. If the address is incorrect, we will not refund or reship the goods.
